Who We Are
Naviata was founded by Professor Ernest Forman of George Washington University and the Chairman of Expert Choice, Inc., along with Bijay Jayaswal, a Minneapolis-based consultant. Their previous collaboration includes the book Design for Trustworthy Software that was awarded American Society for Quality's Crosby Medal.

Bijay Jayaswal
CEO and Chief Product Officer
Bijay Jayaswal is the CEO and Chief Product Officer of Naviata. A consultant and educator based in Minneapolis, he has worked with top firms like Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and UnitedHealth Group. Bijay holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Aston University. He is also the author of several books on software design and has taught management as an adjunct professor. His expertise blends technology, education, and innovation.
Eileen Ludden
Vice President of Marketing and Operations
Eileen Ludden is Naviata’s Vice President of Marketing and Operations and also serves as CMO / COO at Expert Choice, Inc. With expertise in AI, market research, and decision modeling, she helps organizations enhance risk management and decision-making. She has held leadership roles at Unilever and Leo Burnett and holds an MBA/MA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA from The George Washington University.
Anishka Jayaswal
Vice President of Legal Affairs and Finance
Anishka Jayaswal is Vice President of Legal Affairs and Finance at Naviata and Assistant General Counsel at Centene. With 17 years of experience in healthcare, law, and finance, she holds a JD in Healthcare Law and an MBA in Finance. Anishka brings expertise in pricing, compliance, and strategy, and is passionate about helping students, educators, and families achieve educational success.
